Each session is one hour long and is devoted to your body, mind, and spirit for improved health and wellbeing.

Included with each session or package purchased:
Documentation of poses, breathing, meditation, utilized during session resources or referrals outside of session times.

Up to 1 hour per week access to personal health coaching via phone, email and/or text.

Awareness - $100

(1) 60-90 Minute Session

An assessment of mind and body to match your goals for physical, mental and emotional wellness.

Included:

  • Reflection
  • Inquiry
  • Health improvement recommendations to implement for your health goals.
Awareness sessions can be scheduled individually at any time for a reset, personal checkin or beginning to a health journey.

Discovery - $375

(3) 60 Minute Sessions

Personal sessions with a wellness coach to begin a journey of improved overall health and wellbeing. Three sessions directed to educating and supporting your health goals into your lifestyle in an easily accessible manner assuring optimal success.

(5) 60 Minute Sessions

Begin a health-focused relationship with yourself and a wellness coach during these five sessions. Initiate your health goal plan followed by coach-assisted implementation of your goals.

Essential - $1250

(10) 60 Minute Sessions

Individuals dedicated to a strong establishment of a changed lifestyle shifting into self sufficiency. Ten sessions focused on exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and self care.

Optimal - $2500

(20) 60 Minute Sessions

For the one who desires consistent guidance of the most up-to-date science for gaining optimal function, energy, and vitality that impacts quality longevity of health and isdesigned with a premium commitment to your optimal healthy lifestyle goals.

Included:

  • Discovery Intake that includes attention to health history
  • Assessment of current habits
  • Planning for future health needs and goals
Based upon these findings, collaboration begins with your coach for a plan to impact improved health markers. Pertinent health education, live personal training, and unlimited access to your coach for a path to vibrant longevity.
